- R: At this point, Shastic only offers paid events and offers. We are planning on adding support for free events in the future.
Q : How can I run a Special Promotion for my event?
- R: Simply go to your event's edit sections and under the Tickets tab, specify the "Regular price" of your event (without discount) and the "Offline date" (the date when the event goes offline) and hit update.
Q : How do I eliminate the special discount pricing for an event promotion?
- R: Simply go to your event's edit sections and under the Tickets tab, clear the "Regular price" and "Offline date" fields and hit update.
Q : When do I receive my money?
- R: You receive payment for each ticket instantly to your Paypal account after the purchased is completed. Please be aware that Paypal takes 3 days to withdraw funds to your bank and plan accordingly.
Q : How do I hook up my Paypal so that I receive the money from ticket sales?
- R: You simply specify your Paypal account email within the event creation form. You can edit your Paypal account email at anytime by clicking on the account tab and updating it.
